Stepping Out of Self Doubt and Start Living Productively Today

Dropping old unproductive thinking and start living a more powerful, positive life. How can you do that, your ask. By first realizing that change start NOW! Change is an action that occurs first when we realize change is needed and then, when we act on it. Have a minute jot down some unproductive habits that you realize you may have that need work. Then leave space to write down what you think you can you do differently.

Example: Procrastination, putting off what you can do today, for tomorrow. Stop it and face it. Doing what you can do today, why aren't you? Do you make excuses? Ask yourself why is it I don't put what is good for me first and you will see that this resonates in many area of unproductive habits. But you must be very honest with yourself.

We all have baggage, and now is the time to address it and then to to leave it where it belongs, behind us. This is no small task but in baby steps become walking and then leaping into better habits in our life. There are many methods on increasing ones' productivity, you can find the one that is best for you. Whether it be a working program, literature on self improvement and/or a self-developed system.

One I find helpful is an easy to start method is just adding a few minutes a day devoted to writing down a usually forgone task and setting a time dedicated to just working on that task alone. Whether it be developing technique in painting, reading up on reference to an desired area; that we are not strong in, and learning more about it, or practicing an activity or lesson for a designated task. Doing any of the mention can strengthen your knowledge and increase a greater level of productivity. It is the investment of your time, which for most part, will bring about a positive result.

You can improve your productivity but it has to begin with you and the decision to improve what is important in your life and only you can do that.

Start focusing on the now and moving forward in a life of presence, passion, and purpose.
